WAVETECH ENTERS 4-WAY TALKS

Tucson, Arizona-based telecommunications company, Wavetech Inc, says it has entered into 4-way merger talks with three privately-held companies but will not disclose which companies they are. The company has been looking for mergers, acquisitions and strategic alliances since July when it the company has hired the Atlanta-based investment banking firm, Sterne, Agee & Leach, as a financial advisor.
