WAVEPHORE FINALIZES PARACEL ACQUISITION

WavePhore Inc has completed its acquisition of Paracel Online Systems Inc announced last month (CI No 3,157) for $9 million and future consideration based upon performance. The Paracel buy adds internet capability to WavePhore’s Newscast intranet news distribution service.
