Wave Interactive Network Inc, a division of New York-based Wave Systems Corp, has agreed pay-per-view pricing for its multimedia consumer software with Kao Infosystems Canada Inc, a division of Kao Corp that makes floppy disk media. The metering technology Wave has developed will enable consumers to buy bundles of encrypted software that can be downloaded to their home computers. The company plans to distribute 100 to 200 multimedia titles through its interactive network using the pay-per-view system.
