WATKINS-JOHNSON TO ACQUIRE HONEYWELL’S MICROWAVE CENTRE

Watkins-Johnson Co, Palo Alto, California has agreed to acquire Honeywell Inc’s Santa Barbara Microwave Center for some $2m: the Center employs about 30 people in the design and manufacture of millimetre-wave mixers and oscillators.
