WatchGuard said the new devices can be used with a centrally located higher-end Firebox X and System Manager software to provide central management and monitoring. Add-ons such as content filtering and antivirus are also available.
Three models are being shipped, starting at $469 and ranging to $1,049, depending on throughput and VPN capacity. Wired models will be sold from later this month, while wireless models will come some time in the fourth quarter.
