Astellia, a provider of monitoring offerings for the optimisation of mobile network QoS and performance, has signed a contract for its VIP Care offering with Wataniya Telecom, a mobile operator in Kuwait.

Astellia said that VIP Care offers new and innovative service packages. Using VIP Care offering, Wataniya monitors the network performances of its customers and ensures the delivery of quality of service across its 2G and 3G networks.

Wataniya also uses VIP Care for troubleshooting purposes to identify the root cause of problems and resolve quality threatening events before they affect user experience.
