Wang Laboratories Inc, now in Billerica, Massachusetts (the old Honeywell Inc base, presumably) has acquired BISS Ltd here in the UK for about $16m in cash – $14m this month, and the other $2m in March 1997. It will combine BISS with its existing network integration operations in the UK and Eire, to create a unit with annualised turnover of about $60m; the 200-employee firm will be known as BISS Ltd, a Wang Network Integration Company.
