Terms of the agreement under which Wang Laboratories Inc, Lowell, Massachusetts markets the Digitext-ST high-speed text entry system from Digitext Inc, Thousand Oaks, California have been renegotiated: Wang moves to a non-exclusive from an exclusive worldwide marketing agreement and is no longer committed to any pre-set purchase level; Wang retains its warrant to buy 1.2m shares of Digitext at $4.25 per share; they’re now at $1.50.
