WALTERS AND KEEN WIN CONTRACT FROM THE NATIONAL GRID COMPANY

Walters and Keen Ltd, the systems integration company recently formed by the fusion of Walters International and Keen Networks, has won its first significant contract – a UKP3m deal to supply a computer network to The National Grid Company Plc: the Novell Inc NetWare-based network will include both Unix and MS-DOS elements, an Oracle Corp database management package and will fit in with equipment supplied to National Grid from others, such as Sequent Computer Systems Inc.
