VOTRAX TO ACQUIRE MEGAPHONE INTERNATIONAL

Votrax Inc has a non-binding agreement in principal to acquire Megaphone International for about $1.25m in shares: speech technology specialist Votrax notes that interactive telecommunications specialist Megaphone’s strong cash position will provide access to needed working capital, as well as existing lines of business to aid Votrax in carrying out its business plan.
