Over the past few months, Vonage has settled patent claim lawsuits with Verizon, Sprint-Nextel and voicemail firm Klausner Technologies. The company has also settled a dispute with AT&T which will see it pay $39m over five years.

The company reported a 30% growth in revenues recorded as $211m compared with $162m in the Q3 2006. This was driven by growth in the subscriber lines and an increase the average monthly revenue per line. The average monthly revenue per line in Q3 2007 was $28.24 a 2% increase from $27.59 recorded in Q3 2006.

It also reported an increase in EBITDA, which increased from $227.6m to $371.0m over the same period, however, the average monthly customer churn increased from 2.5% in Q3 2006 to 3% in Q3 2007.

Vonage broke even on its third quarter operations and is predicting positive cash flow for the next year.

Vonage’s rival Skype reported a 96% increase in its revenues to $98 million for Q3 2007.
