VOLMAC BUYS 5.18% STAKE IN WORLDWIDE COMPUTER

Dutch software and programming services group Volmac Holding BV, the company which has around 5% of the soon-to-be-named Sema Group Plc and has holdings in software companies in sundry other European countries, has cast its net across the Atlantic this time, building up a 5.18% stake in Worldwide Computer Services Inc, Wayne, New Jersey, which specialises in supplying primarily Fortune 500 companies with temporary and on-site, computer, software and communications professionals.
