VODAVI AND ISOETEC COMPLETE JOINT ACQUISITION OF EXECUTONE

Vodavi Technology Corp and Isoetec Communications Inc, which are in process of merging, have completed the joint acquisition of the Executone division of Contel Corp for $61m: the two companies have each bought 50% of Executone ahead of their planned merger by share swap.
