Amdocs Operations Support Systems (OSS) solutions will support Vodafone Portugal’s second and third generation mobile networks (2G and 3G) and its new broadband DSL fixed line service, allowing the provider to manage network facilities more efficiently and cost-effectively. As a result, Vodafone Portugal will be able to deliver innovative new services to its customers, including reducing time to market for mobile applications that require bandwidth-on-demand, such as games, images, music and specialized content.
