Vodafone Netherlands is now using Ciboodle for handling calls 24/7 from an active customer base of 3.9 million customers. Ciboodle offers functions like number porting, call and/or SMS barring, prepaid top-up, SMS history, call diversion, access to voicemail and GPRS administration.
