MBC at present has a holding of 4.5% of Vodafone Pacific Limited. The initial price has been set at A$4.05 each MBC Share.
There are numerous stipulations before the deal is completed including that VIAL satisfies the prerequisites for compulsory acquisition of any remaining MBC shares and is given approval by the Foreign Investment Review Board approval.
