Vodacom South Africa and Research In Motion have launched the BlackBerry Storm smartphone in the South African market.
According to Research In Motion (RIM), the BlackBerry Storm smartphone features: SurePress touch-screen, a built-in accelerometer, 3.25-inch, high resolution, color display, 1Gb of onboard memory storage, an 8Gb microSD/SDHD memory card and supports up to 16Gb of storage per memory card and 3.2 megapixel digital camera.
The BlackBerry Storm comes with preloaded applications like: Facebook; Windows Live Messenger; Yahoo Messenger; Flickr Photo Uploader; and Vodafone SatNav, powered by Telmap SatNav technology.
