Vereinidge Nederlandse Uitgeversbedrijven NV reckons that the European Single Market will create so many new publishing opportunities that it is pointless for it to try to reach critical mass in the US as well: accordingly it has put its VNU Business Publications Inc unit in Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey on the block; among the titles of the $50m-a-year business are Electronics magazine, Electronic Design International and Personal Computing.
