VIDEOJET TO PAY $21M FOR THE CHESHIRE SUBSIDIARY OF XEROX

The Videojet Systems International inkjet printing systems subsidiary of GEC Plc’s Chicago-based A B Dick has agreed to pay $21m for the Cheshire subsidiary of Xerox Corp: Cheshire makes labelling, inserting and mailing equipment and did $2.5m pre-tax on sales of $39m; Videojet did $21.5m pre-tax on $65m sales.
