VIDEO, GRAPHICS EXTENSIONS ADDED TO AT&T’s MULTIPOINT CONTROL UNIT

AT&T Corp has added extensions to its MultiPoint Control Unit (CI No 2,689), providing support for Compression Labs Inc’s H.CTX and H.CTX+ algorithms for video, and graphics and chair control. The extensions will be available on MultiPoint during the next quarter. AT&T also said it has appointed Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-based systems integrator Pierce-Phelps Inc as the distributor for the MultiPoint.
