Via Visuals Inc, Santa Clara, California, now owned by Du Pont Electronic Imaging Division, has changed its name to Du Pont Design Technologies, and will will spearhead the development of computer-aided image processing systems for graphic package design, retail shelf space diagramming and presentation graphics: its systems are based on proprietary Vaster combination vector and raster technologies, and it looks for electronic imaging systems to account for half its imaging systems business by the mid-1990s.
