VERSIONS OF UNIVATION’S LIFENET SOFTWARE THAT RUN WITH IBM’S TOKEN RING AND PERSONAL SYSTEM/2 TO BE SHIPPED IN AUGUST

Univation Inc, Milpitas, California, says that versions of its LifeNet local area network software that run with IBM’s Token Ring network and Personal System/2 hardware will ship in August: the development adapts Lifenet, which already runs with Ethernet, ARCnet, Omninet and PC Network, to IBM’s microchannel Token Ring boards.
