VERITY ANNOUNCES TOPIC 3.0

Verity Inc, based in Mountain View, California has announced Topic version 3.0, a new release of the company’s intelligent document retrieval system: it is said to expand the Topic network computing model to support wide area networks and includes new developer products for integration to SQL databases and other applications; also, the user interface has been redesigned and supports a range of graphical user interfaces; it ships June 1.
