Combinet Inc, Sunnyvale, California company that describes itself as the pioneer of on-demand networking supporting dial-up digital transmission services. , has closed its second round of financing with an investment of $5m from Menlo Ventures, Sierra Ventures, Draper Associates, Ameritech Corp and Stanford University. It says that the funds will be used for development and marketing of its Everyware family of on-demand networking products.
