Enterprise mobility firm VeliQ and Logica have entered into a strategic partnership to integrate SAP-applications with MobiDM.
Logica is a business and technology services provider and it supports the Logica’s customers by integrating people, business and technology.
Logica will also provide a branded version of the MobiDM to its customers, focusing on mobile applications used to access enterprise processes and systems.
The partnership with VeliQ will enable Logica to deliver a scalable management applications for mobile devices, said Logica.
Logica SAP NetWeaver practice manager Maurice Gordijn said MobiDM is a mature product meeting the requirements for enhanced service to its customers, including mobile device management, security and application management.
"Both the fact that MobiDM uses SAP Afaria and the increasing demand of our customers, have played a crucial role in deciding to form this ‘win-win’ alliance," said Gordijn.
"As a development partner of VeliQ, we will assist in fully integrating MobiDM with SAP’s Unwired Platform (SUP). Our purpose is to develop enterprise Apps for our customers providing mobile access to back-office systems."
