Varolii unveils new smartphone applications to improve mobile customer interactions

Varolii Mobile Solutions will help break down siloed interactions across text, email, voice and smartphone push notifications

Customer interaction management Varolii has introduced new Varolii Mobile Solutions, which provide cloud-based customer interaction applications for smartphone apps.

The new applications will make the companies’ existing smartphone applications relevant, useful and visible with smartphone push notifications, text messaging and mobile Web applications.

Varolii Mobile Solutions will help break down siloed interactions across text, email, voice and smartphone push notifications with personalised communications while helping ensure regulatory compliance and increase customer reach.

Companies can now improve interaction response rates by automatically learning and applying consumer preferences as well as enabling self-service options for consumers that will help companies reduce costs.

The new applications will be provided by the Varolii Mobile App software development kit (SDK) and hosted Varolii Interact Web applications.

Varolii Mobile Solution features include Smartphone Mobile Alerts, Varolii Interact Web Applications, Varolii Mobile Consent and Varolii Performance Insight.

Smartphone mobile alerts will engage customers through push notifications that ‘wake up’ a downloaded smartphone application and launch a Varolii Interact Web application that delivers personalised content and consumer interaction.
