A customer base that takes in Allianz, BMW, Commerzbank, and T-Systems comes with LeuTek’s monitoring and reporting, availability, and service level management software suite, which will be now be marketed by USU as part of a complementary range of products for business service management routines.

USU has been trading since 1977, and last year was involved in the takeover of Omega Software GmbH. It sells the Valuemation asset management software, alongside the KnowledgeMiner and Insel product lines.

Leutek has a workforce of 45 and is said to have generated sales in excess of 7m euros (about $9m), which means USU should be able to increase sales to about 32m euros ($41m) in 2007.
