USI Holdings acquires Treadwell & Harry Insurance

USI Holdings Corporation, a distributor of insurance and financial products and services, has announced the acquisition of Treadwell & Harry Insurance, a provider of property and casualty products and services. Treadwell & Harry will be combined with USI's existing Memphis, Tennessee.
