Usdata Corp, the Richardson, Texas supplier of real-time application development software, expects to return to profitability in the fourth quarter to December 31 and show an increase in revenues. The company forecast that profits for the final three months would be in the range of $0.03 to $0.04 a share compared with a loss of $913,000 in the same period last year. It predicts revenues will be in the region of $6.4m to $6.5m, compared to $6.1m a year previously. Bob Merry, president and CEO put the improvement in performance down to the company’s move to a channel-based global distribution model.
