Not all tacky 900 number audiotext – recorded message – services in the US are sex-related and US Voice America Inc, Atlanta, Georgia has teamed up with Horizon Communications Inc of La Jolla, California, to offer a direct voice and fax-messaging services to the White House in Washington: dial 1-900-USA-BUSH and you get to hear what President Bush has to say on current issues or pending legislation, and callers can also send a Presidential FAX-A-Gram for a total cost per call of $7.95 with up to 50% of the cost of the call to be donated to the non-denominational charity of the caller’s choice; you get back the actual 8.5 by 11 copy of the Presidential FAX-A-Gram, stamped with the president’s signature, as a memento of you contact with the White House; what chance is their that the president will ever get to see or hear about the contents of your fax? Well what do you think?
