US SPRINT COMMUNICATIONS CUTS LONG-DISTANCE TELEPHONE RATES

US Sprint Communications Co has responded to AT&T’s FCC-mandated 11% reduction in long-distance telephone rates by cutting its tariffs to business by an average 13% and to domestic subscribers by about 9%.
