Buca is a $250 million restaurant company focusing on Italian food. It owns and operates more than 100 full-service restaurants under the names Buca di Beppo and Vinny T’s of Boston in 28 states and the district of Columbia.
The Lawson applications will replace Buca’s legacy systems, which could no longer support the company’s long-term business needs and had become difficult to maintain.
The centralized Lawson system will provide a common platform, allowing each restaurant to connect to a single network. This will offer all restaurants standardized processes between the corporate financial system and store bookkeeping, while providing real-time access to accounting and supply chain data.
