US-JAPAN SEMICONDUCTOR WAR CONTINUES

No sign at all of peace in the US-Japan semiconductor war, and Micron Technology has opened up a new front in Japan’s soft underbelly by brandishing an invoice purporting to be from Oki Electric Hong Kong and showing memory chips at 20% under the lowest minimum fair price set by the US authorities: the invoice was produced in response to a request from Malcolm Baldrige and his cronies at Commerce for evidence to support allegations of continued dumping in third countries.
