US BUSINESS SCHOOL ACQUIRES MINISUPERCOMPUTER FROM FLOATING POINT SYSTEMS

Floating Point Systems Inc, Beaverton, Oregon reckons that by buying an M64/60, the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania has become the first major US business school to acquire a minisupercomputer: the school wants the machine to enhance its decision science work, saying it will open new horizons for academic business research.
