UNIXWARE APPS WILL RUN ON BRAVO UNIX

By CBR Staff Writer

Santa Cruz Operation Inc is wringing as much as it can from Compaq Computer Corp’s recent admission that Bravo Unix, the Intel Corp IA-64 version of its Digital Unix will support SCO UnixWare APIs. Bravo Unix is expected to run UnixWare software – Compaq did $1.3bn on SCO-based servers last year – when it arrives in 2000.
