UNITED TELESPECTRUM HAS AGREEMENT FOR SALE OF PAGING INTERESTS

The United TeleSpectrum Inc unit of United Telecommunications Inc, Kansas City, Missouri, now has definitive agreement for sale of paging interests in four western markets – Salem, Eugene Springfield and Portland, Oregon, and Reno, Nevada, to the US West Paging Inc unit of US West Inc for an undisclosed sum.
