Epsom, Surrey-based United Information Services Ltd, which specialises in the marketing of software for DEC VAX/VMS systems has, for an undisclosed sum, acquired the Pacs Plus division of Berkshire-based Signal Technology Inc which is located in California: first developed in 1980, Pacs Plus is an accounting software package offering complete tracking, billing and accounting for DEC VAX systems; United Information claims the package will complement its existing range of VAX/VMS management products.
