UNISYS PLEADED GUILTY TO 3 COUNTS OF LABOUR MISCHARGING

Unisys Corp formally pleaded guilty to three counts of labour mischarging during 1985-86 on a contract to a former Sperry Corp unit with the US Army at Fort Huachuca, Arizona and will pay an $810,000 penalty.
