Unisys Corp has been indicted by a Grand Jury in Montgomery, Alabama on an allegation that the former Sperry Federal Information Systems Division failed to provide an unspecified portion of the labour involved in a particular $500,000 invoice in connection with the Phase IV contract for computer systems for the US Air Force: it faces five years inside (what, the whole company?) and a $10,000 fine on each of five counts; it’s fighting.
