Unisys Corp is declining comment on a lawsuit brought against it by former employees seeking to block a planned cut in health benefits for retirees other than to say in general it had the right to make changes, but observers fear that the company could be hit by a whopping and embarrassing class action law suit: the initial suit was filed by 10 ex-employees and seeks to contest Unisys plans unveiled last month to phase out contributions to health insurance premiums by 1996.
