Hot from its purchase of the Pace Plus division of Signal Technology Inc (CI No 1,068), United Information Services Ltd, Epsom, Surrey has bought Morino Associates Inc’s American Management Co in exchange for an 8% stake in itself, to be held by the Vienna, Virginia company. American specialises in systems management and control products for users of DEC’s VAX/VMS systems.
