Silver Seiko Inc has responded the EEC Commission’s threat of anti-dumping duties on its UK-assembled – by BSR International Plc in Birmingham – electronic typewriters by agreeing to sell the Silver Seiko Ltd unit to its UK managers. A UK firm cannot be held to be dumping.
