UK BUILDING SOCIETY USES NICE COMPUTER TELEPHONY INTEGRATION

By CBR Staff Writer

The UK-based Halifax Building Society has used Computer Telephony Integration technology to generate its new call center solution. The building society has incorporated a voice recording and retrieval system called NiceLog, developed by Nice Systems Ltd that enables operators to have direct retrieval of recorded conversations and selective recording facilities while customers are online, via an Application Program Interface; the company says it enables customers to have greater security when they are conducting transactions across the telephone.
