UK BANKS USING MANAGEMENT SCIENCE AMERICA’S FINANCIAL SOFTWARE FORM BAKUP

A number of banks in the UK that use Management Science America Ltd’s financial software have banded together to form the Banking Users Group or BAKUP: Michael Everington of Midland Bank first mooted the idea and is its first chairman and the group now comprises the Midland, Kleinwort Benson, Swiss Bank Corporation International and Westpac Banking Corp – all of whom have various financial applications packages from MSA; BAKUP will meet monthly.
