The Coca-Cola advert was aired in Argentina and made by a local advertising agency in Buenos Aires, which has assured the drinks corporation that the advert does not plagiarize any material. As a result, Coco-Cola has said that they are surprised by the alleged case.
The band found out about the advert after fans in Argentina congratulated the band on creating the advert for Coca-Cola. They claim that the advert copies more than one element of their work, and essentially has modified the video as a whole.
It is unclear whether legal proceedings will be able to go ahead in either Argentina or the UK where the band is based.
