After making a wave in third world countries with low cost devices, Xiaomi is set to open online stores in the UK, US, Germany and France.
The US and German stores are scheduled to launch on 1st June, followed by the launch in the UK and France on 2nd June. The online store will not feature any phones by the company, instead it will only sell cost accessories.
Products including the 5,000-mAh power bank, which retails for $9.99, is expected to be sold in the online store. The store is also likely to feature the more powerful 10400mAh Mi Power Bank which is compatible with most of the smartphones in the market, and includes USB to micro USB cable.
The $14.99 activity and sleep tracker, MI band, along with MI headphones priced at $79.99, are also likely to make an appearance.
Xiaomi previously scheduled the opening of its MI Stores in the US and UK in May, but it postponed its plans for undisclosed reasons.
The company will give warranty on its products, but it has not given out details of its return policy.
All the orders are expected to be shipped from Xiaomi’s home market China.
