UIS WINS UKP1.1M CONTRACT FROM MAIL NEWSPAPERS

UIS Ltd, DEC VAX management specialist of Epsom, Surrey, has won a UKP1.1m contract to develop and manage a computerised circulation system for Mail Newspapers Plc; the system, written for Ingres, will run on VAX 11/780s, providing marketing data on each of the group’s titles and drive a system for sorting and distribution of papers.
