Tyco to unveil newly integrated ADC enterprise offering at BICSI 2011

For expanding its presence in the global enterprise marketplace

By CBR Staff Writer

Tyco Electronics, a provider of network offerings, has said that it will unveil its newly combined Tyco Electronics and ADC integrated offerings portfolio for the enterprise market at the 2011 BICSI Winter Conference in Orlando, Florida.

The combination of Tyco Electronics and ADC offerings will create a product portfolio that can help customers deliver needed capacity from the core of the network to the end-user.

Tyco Electronics enterprise networks business unit vice president Stephen Mitchell said the combination of Tyco Electronics and ADC complementary offerings create a complete product portfolio and expand the scope and scale of their offerings, and their geographic reach.

"Blending these two marketplace leaders also improves our distribution and VAR programs worldwide and addresses a broader spectrum of customer needs through enhanced innovation and connectivity," Mitchell said.

The company said that it had completed the acquisition of ADC in December 2010, expanding its presence in the global enterprise marketplace.
