Twitter has officially rolled out the new and redesigned look to its website, echoing similar look and feel of the micro-blogging site’s latest Android and iOS apps.

Incorporating add and accent colours in the settings menu, the new redesigned website would help users in personalising their profiles a lot more than earlier version.

The revamped web interface also features a home bar for logged-in users that allows tapping on Home to way in the normal feed, while the connect feature displays who has mentioned and Discover views Twitter’s trending tags.

With the logo being positioned at the top centre, there would be a top bar on the right side featuring search box, Direct Messages button and Settings button, in addition to compose button at the right most.

In addition, the revamped website also incorporates white design, bigger buttons all in sync with the mobile apps.

Recently, the micro-blogging firm has signed a patent cross-license agreement with IBM for over 900 patents as part of efforts to bolster its defence against any potential patent infringement in future.
