Mr Bain joins Turin with more than 30 years of experience in all areas of corporate finance, operations, internal control systems, and public company financial and accounting issues.
Previously, Mr Bain served as chief financial officer (CFO) or senior financial executive of five public high technology companies during more than three decades in Silicon Valley. Most recently, he was CFO of Portal Software, a developer of customer revenue management software for communications and content service providers. Prior to joining Portal, Mr Bain held CFO positions at Vicinity Corporation, Informix, and Symantec Corporation. He has also held senior financial and accounting management positions with Fairchild Camera & Instrument Corporation and as a consultant with Arthur Andersen LLP, where he was a certified public accountant.
